The OnRamp Program sets you up for success to enter our group fitness sessions or to continue training 1:1 with a coach.
You receive three 1:1 sessions with a certified coach. You'll learn the nine foundational movements, olympic lifts, and basic powerlifting techniques.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements you'll perform in functional fitness and HIIT workouts.
We will also review your range of motion and technique to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and have fun.
Once you complete OnRamp you'll be well prepared to enjoy our Group Fitness Sessions!
