Health and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I trained in Tae-Kwon-Do and earned my 3rd Degree black belt. I loved the sport so much that I started teaching summer camps and kickboxing classes, sharing that passion with others. Later, I became a Personal Trainer and eventually owning an outdoor group fitness franchise.
My life turned upside down after a traumatic car accident. The aftermath left me with a broken spine, fractured hand and wrist, and a dislocated jaw. Recovery was grueling—I couldn’t run, lift anything over 10 pounds, or even spend much time sitting up. My days were filled with rest and stillness. But in that stillness, I discovered something transformative: the power of nutrition. I couldn’t control how my body moved during this time, but I could control how I nourished it. I shifted my focus to the foods I was eating. Even though my activity levels were at an all-time low, I realized that prioritizing the right nutrients could keep this challenging season from derailing my health. The healing process was slow, taking months of patience and perseverance. But I felt my body growing stronger. This experience taught me that when you fuel your body with the right foods, you can combat inflammation, adapt, heal, and come back stronger than ever.
My goal is to help others experience the power of nutrition. Whether you’re managing inflammation and chronic pain or looking to lose weight and build muscle, the right nutrition can make all the difference. I focus on replacing highly processed foods with whole, clean ingredients—fueling the body in a way that supports real, lasting change.
